We’re seeking a Commercial Lead (Enterprise Account Executive) who can open doors, close deals, and foster lasting relationships with the largest multinational companies in Europe. You’ll position Enersee as the go-to AI platform for energy and sustainability leaders—turning complex real estate portfolios into efficiency powerhouses.

Why this role matters

As our first Commercial Lead focused on enterprise accounts, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion into multinational organizations with large, complex building portfolios. From retail giants to hospital networks, you’ll identify their biggest efficiency pain points and show them why Enersee is the answer.

All your learnings will be embedded in your optimized sales strategy & approach. You will improve our sales processes to reach our ambitious goals, while building your A-Player team to help you execute.

Job requirements

What you’ll do

  • Strategy. Define best practices in sales for our business and put them into practice. We trust you to lead us toward a succesful, streamlined way of doing sales.

  • Building an A-player team. In the next year, we will be doubling the team. You will hire the best commercial players in the market to help us reach our sales goals.

  • Drive enterprise sales growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting multinationals in real-estate-heavy sectors (offices, hospitals, retail, warehouses, industrial).

  • Navigate complex sales cycles: Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.

  • Position Enersee as the go-to solution: Understand customer pain points, align our offering, and lead negotiations for high-value contracts.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing for demand generation, Sales Development for co-selling, and Product for customer-driven improvements.

  • Own your pipeline: Maintain robust opportunity tracking in HubSpot and deliver predictable, sustainable revenue growth.

Our ideal hire

  • Experience or strong understanding of building and executing an effective B2B sales strategy

  • Enterprise sales experience: solid experience in B2B SaaS selling to large accounts.

  • Track record of success: Proven ability to close high-value contracts with enterprises, ideally in sectors managing extensive building portfolios.

  • Hunter mindset: Relentless drive to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities.

  • Energy & technical know-how: Bonus points if you know ISO 50001, IPMVP®, or related energy frameworks.

  • Tech fluency: Able to clearly communicate how our AI-driven energy analytics work and why they matter.

  • Languages: Fluent in English plus at least one major EU language (Dutch, German, or French).

Compensation

  • OTE (so including bonus) around 120-150 (But to be honest, we are figuring it all out, so feel free to reach out and give your opinion)
