We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager / Internal Energy Consultant who can turn our clients into long-term partners and help them unlock the full potential of our AI-powered platform.

Customer Success at Enersee is not “support.” It’s strategy, growth, and trust-building. You’ll be the face and voice of Enersee to some of Europe’s biggest brands (think Lidl, Ahold Delhaize, Veolia, Stad Kortrijk, and more). Your mission: turn great onboarding into long-term impact and commercial expansion.
As our go-to internal energy consultant, you’ll speak the language of engineers and energy managers, interpret energy and sufficiency data, and translate results into concrete savings. Since you’ll replace our colleague Arnor, you’ll inherit existing relationships and shape what Customer Success looks like as we scale.
Job requirements
What you’ll do
Be the trusted partner for enterprise and medium-sized clients, building strong, strategic relationships.
Own onboarding with Product: align stakeholders, set up data integrations, define goals and success metrics.
Interpret technical results (energy/sufficiency data) and help clients extract measurable value.
Design business cases to scale from pilot to full rollout; drive renewals and expansions.
Spot and act on opportunities across sites, portfolios, and competitive EMS landscapes.
Collect, structure, and relay user feedback to Product & Engineering.
Build HubSpot dashboards to track revenue, renewals, and expansion.
Help codify and scale Customer Success practices, playbooks, and processes.
You’ll thrive here if you have
2–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or energy efficiency consulting (tech startup/scale-up or serving enterprise/medium clients).
Ability to relate to customers on a technical level (engineers, facility managers, sustainability leads).
Experience in energy management/efficiency, EMS/analytics tools, or “studiebureaus”/consultancies (e.g., ABU Group, Synergy) or partner ecosystems.
Analytical chops: you love digging into building data and user feedback.
Ambition and ownership: proactive, commercial instincts, and outcome-oriented.
Communication superpowers: can simplify complex ideas for any audience.
Passion for energy, sustainability, and tech.
Fluent English + one other EU language (Dutch, French, or German preferred).
Nice to have: HubSpot, Mixpanel, Intercom, or BI tools experience.
What we offer
Compensation
€4,000–5,500 gross base per month (excl. holiday allowance; depends on experience).
Performance bonus up to €25K/year.
