Junior Product Marketer

  • Hybrid
    • Antwerp, Antwerpen, Belgium
  • Marketing

Job description

📍 Antwerp

Help Europe's biggest buildings waste less energy.

Enersee is growing fast. We are ready to scale to the next phase and to help more hospitals, offices, factories, and cities become radically more energy efficient. But to make that happen, we need you!

We're looking for a Junior Product Marketer to sit between our product team and our market — turning everything our engineers build into language that customers, partners and prospects actually understand.

About Enersee

We don't like waste. Waste of time, energy, water, and efficiency. That's why we built an AI-powered tool for energy, sustainability, and facility professionals. It uncovers hidden issues in building data, delivers real-time actionable insights, and helps organizations hit cost and emission targets. In short, we help companies save money while making the planet less wasteful.

Why this role matters

Our product team ships constantly. The problem with shipping constantly is that the outside world doesn't automatically find out — and when a customer, or a partner pitching on our behalf, is working from an outdated picture of what we do, we risk losing momentum.

That's the gap you'd close. You'd be the person who knows what shipped this week, understands it well enough to explain it, and makes sure everyone who needs to know actually knows: our customers, our partners, our prospects, and our own sales team.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Job requirements

What you'll do

  • Follow every product release. Sit in on product sessions, understand what's been built and why it matters to a customer.

  • Translate it. Turn technical release notes into commercial language — not "we refactored the ingestion layer" but "customers can now connect their meters in a day."

  • Own the product newsletter and overall product-related communication with our customers.

  • Keep our partners current, so nobody ever presents an outdated version of Enersee.

  • Create the materials — feature one-pagers, slides, release notes, and the assets our sales team needs to explain what's new.

  • Maintain our Help Center, so customers can find their own answers.

  • Watch the market. Keep an eye on what competitors are launching and claiming, and feed what you learn back to product and marketing.

Our Ideal hire

  • A degree in Marketing or Engineering - both will serve you well here.

  • A past internship or ~1 year in marketing, comms, product or content. Adjacent experience counts.

  • Available at least three days a week, and open to going full-time in July 2027. Alternatively, this can be an internship that turns into a full-time role upon successful completion.

  • You can explain complicated things simply.

  • You want to understand how the product works, not just describe it.

  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Figma, Webflow or Notion.

  • Fluent English and Dutch — some content you write will be in Dutch.

  • Genuine interest in energy, sustainability and tech. Climatetech experience is a big plus!

  • Proactive and resourceful in a fast-moving startup.

  • Based in or near Antwerp.

What we offer you in return

  • Hands-on experience and real ownership of marketing initiatives.

  • Direct exposure to startup leadership and strategy

  • The chance to make a visible impact on Enersee’s growth.

  • A collaborative, supportive team culture

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation

  • Meal vouchers (€8/day)

  • Commuting expenses reimbursed

  • Company laptop provided.

  • An international team
