We don't like waste. Waste of time, energy, water, and efficiency. That’s why we built an AI-powered sidekick for energy, sustainability, and facility professionals. It uncovers hidden issues in building data, delivers real-time actionable insights, and helps organizations hit cost and emission targets. In short, we help companies save money while making the planet less wasteful.
Why this role matters
As the first Partnership Manager at Enersee, you’ll be the architect of our energy partner ecosystem. From independent consultants to global ESCOs, you’ll bring the right partners to the table and make Enersee their platform of choice. Together, you’ll deliver more value to clients, scale faster, and amplify our impact.
This isn’t just about partnerships, it’s about building a multiplier effect.
What you’ll do
Build & scale our energy partner network
Identify and onboard energy experts, consultants, ESCOs, and service providers
Train partners on how to implement and position Enersee effectively
Work closely together with our partners to create new sales and expansion opportunities
Drive ongoing engagement to make Enersee their preferred solution
Support them in integrating our platform into their services and sales
Share insights from partners and clients to improve our roadmap
Act as a sparring partner for rapid iterations based on real-world feedback
Help shape our go-to-market based on what partners need and want
Job requirements
Our Ideal hire
We’re building a team of brilliant, ambitious people who want to do meaningful work. You might be a match if you’re a curious thinker and a fast do-er, with:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a tech startup, scale-up, or comparable (Enterprise) clients.
A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems to solve them.
Great comms skills. You can simplify complex ideas for any audience.
Strategic thinking & commercial instincts. Spot opportunities and seize them.
Analytical skills: you love digging into customer data & feedback.
A strong interest in energy, sustainability, and tech (Energy experience = big plus!)
Fluent English + one other EU language (Dutch, French, or German preferred)
Experience with Hubspot, Mixpanel, Intercom, or BI tools is a plus.

Compensation
> €4000,- tot 5500,- gross base salary per month, excluding holiday allowance (but it also highly depends on what you bring to the table)
