You’ll be the face and voice of Enersee to some of Europe’s biggest brands (think Lidl, Ahold Delhaize, Veolia, Stad Kortrijk, and more). Your mission: combine technical insight with strategic partnership — turning smart onboarding into measurable energy savings, long-term impact, and commercial growth.

As our internal energy expert, you’ll speak the language of engineers and energy managers, interpret energy and sufficiency data, and translate insights into action. Stepping into the shoes of our colleague Arnor, you’ll take over strong client relationships and help shape what Customer Success looks like as we scale.

Job requirements

What you’ll do

  • Act as the trusted energy partner for enterprise and mid-market clients — combining technical insight, strategic thinking, and commercial drive.

  • Lead onboarding and implementation: align stakeholders, scope data integrations, define success metrics, and ensure value realization from day one.

  • Interpret energy and sufficiency data to uncover efficiency opportunities and translate insights into measurable business impact.

  • Design and present business cases that help clients move from pilot to full rollout, driving renewals, upsells, and expansions.

  • Support sales cycles with your technical expertise — from solution scoping to demonstrating Enersee’s value to engineers, energy managers, and sustainability teams.

  • Spot opportunities across sites, portfolios, and the broader EMS landscape to maximize customer success and growth potential.

  • Collect and structure user feedback and collaborate with Product & Engineering to refine Enersee’s platform and features.

  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track renewals, expansions, and revenue impact.

  • Help shape the playbook for how Enersee scales Customer Success — developing processes, best practices, and success metrics.

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • Experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Energy Consulting — ideally in a tech scale-up or while serving enterprise/medium-sized clients.

  • A solid understanding of energy management systems (EMS), energy efficiency, or sustainability analytics — you know how to interpret and explain technical results that drive measurable impact.

  • The ability to speak both business and engineering: you’re equally comfortable discussing dashboards with energy managers as you are talking ROI with sustainability leads.

  • Pre-sales flair: you can scope solutions, build business cases, and connect customer needs to Enersee’s capabilities.

  • Strong data literacy — you enjoy digging into energy and sufficiency data, spotting trends, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • A strategic, commercial mindset: you think beyond “support,” identifying growth opportunities and driving renewals and expansions.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder — you simplify complex ideas and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Dutch, French, or German preferred).

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mixpanel, Intercom, or BI tools is a plus.

What we offer

Compensation

  • €4,000–5,500 gross base per month (excl. holiday allowance; depends on experience).

  • Performance bonus up to €25K/year.
