    Now, we’re looking for someone who loves both data and energy efficiency — someone who sees patterns in numbers and possibilities in systems. You’ll be the bridge between our commercial team and our product, combining technical understanding with energy management expertise to make sure our customers get real impact from our platform.

    What you’ll do

    • Be the go-to person for all things energy efficiency — from building performance to data interpretation.

    • Support the commercial and customer success teams with in-depth technical expertise during and after onboarding.

    • Work closely with customers (2–3 key accounts) to help them translate insights into action — optimizing their energy strategies and results.

    • Analyze building data, identify inefficiencies, and turn findings into clear, actionable reports.

    • Collaborate with our product team to spot gaps, suggest improvements, and make sure our platform evolves to meet customer needs.

    • Partner with our Customer Success Manager (Juliane) to ensure customer happiness and measurable success.

    Job requirements

    Who you are

    You’re an energy and data enthusiast with a practical mindset and the curiosity to dig deep into how buildings use (and waste) energy. You combine technical understanding with communication skills — able to translate insights into action for both engineers and business leaders.

    You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

    • Experience in energy efficiency, energy consultancy, or building performance analysis — ideally within a tech scale-up or working with enterprise/medium-sized clients.

    • A solid grasp of energy management systems (EMS), energy efficiency, or sustainability analytics, and the ability to interpret and explain technical results that drive measurable impact.

    • Hands-on experience with energy audits, data analysis, and creating insightful reports or master plans for organizations.

    • Strong data literacy — you enjoy digging into energy data, spotting trends, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations.

    • The ability to speak both business and engineering: you’re as comfortable discussing dashboards and datasets as you are building a business case or talking ROI.

    • A strategic, commercial mindset — you look beyond support, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and impact.

    • A natural relationship builder and communicator who simplifies complex ideas and builds trust across teams and clients.

    • Fluent in English (Dutch, French, or German is a plus).

    • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, Intercom, or BI tools is a bonus.

    • Above all, you’re curious, hands-on, and eager to grow into a true expert in energy management — shaping both the product and the customer experience as part of an early-stage startup.

    What we offer

    Compensation

    • €4,000–5,500 gross base per month (excl. holiday allowance; depends on experience).

    • Performance bonus up to €25K/year.

    • Later in time… stock options – you grow, we grow.
